Blake - Owner
Born and raised in Michigan, Blake graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Business Marketing and Management. After renovating his first home, Blake fell in love with taking a vision and making it a reality. With hands on experience and a decade of building expertise, Blake broke out on his own and launched Waldecker Homes. Blake’s strong sense of ethics and emphasis on excellent customer care are firmly rooted in his personal relationships with each and every client.
Wade - Project Manager
Wade has always had a passion for helping others. Having spent many years as a firefighter, his passion for construction started to pull him in another direction. He soon found himself spending more time on a construction site than the fire station. Wade has flipped multiple houses and has a deep understanding of what is needed to deliver a beautiful finished product. If you have had the opportunity to work with Wade, you know he does it while always wearing a big smile.
Alison - Administrative Assistant
Alison handles multiple responsibilities as an experienced Construction Administrative Assistant. She has extensive knowledge in home restoration and homebuilding. Alison is detail oriented and is an expert in organizing, planning, and communicating. Alison understands the various stages of home building and is skilled in assisting in the design and functionality of the home. As you work with Alison, you will thoroughly enjoy her professionalism and dynamic personality.
